Who We Are

The Southern New Mexico Business Alliance is a nonprofit organization composed of individuals who share a common passion for Southern New Mexico and its future. Most members are business owners, retired, or blue-collar workers who recognize that opportunities come from the successes of our local businesses and don’t want to see those opportunities fade away.

The Southern New Mexico Business Alliance is a Membership based organization dedicated to establishing and promoting a healthy balance between local businesses and government. Our Members are local, our funding is local, and our focus is local.

Job Growth

Our region desperately needs new skilled jobs that will sustain the future growth of our area. Our workforce needs continuous training and support. Our area thirsts for polices that promote new job growth and entrepreneurship.

Civic Welfare

For the Borderland to prosper, our citizens need opportunities. As agriculture shifts and our area grows, opportunities are limited by the shortsightedness of previous policies.  Together, we will promote the ideas that foster unity and growth.

Issue Advocacy

Our members support the issues that promote jobs, education, and unity. The Southern New Mexico Business Alliance desires a future in which economic prosperity is matched by the positive quality of life of the families, industries, and people in Southern New Mexico.

Get Involved
